Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer;
"In the above circumstances it is humbly prayed to this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue notice and to why this case shall not be allowed and the opposite parties shall not be directed to work out for Mo School Committee and opening of Joint Account for the development of the School under Mo School Abhijan Parichalana Sangathan."

It is submitted that pursuant to the instructions received from the Government regarding the opening of Mo School Bank Account jointly by the Head Teacher of the School with the alumni representative, the petitioner, being a member of the alumni was appointed as the President of the said committee as per resolution of the Mo School Managing Committee. However, because of some objections raised by
some other alumni members, the joint account has not yet been opened. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has approached the District Education Officer (opposite party no.
3) by submitting a representation on 31.01.2022. Since the concerned authority is to take a decision in the matter at the first instance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the representation in accordance with law after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as also to the necessary parties within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the petitioner. 5.
The writ petition accordingly disposed of.
