This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 12.10.2022. The CRLMC is pending before this Court since 2016 and that too against an order passed on 22.07.2016 by learned S.D.M.-Cum-Sub Collector, Jajpur in Crl. Misc. Case No.109 of 2016 which was confirmed by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jajpur in Criminal Revision No.22 of 2016, which was also impugned in the CRLMC.

In view of the above facts, especially when no one had appeared today and on the last date, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
