Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the order dated 4th February, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) (PIL) No.2134 of 2019 in respect of the grievance of the farmers of four villages under the Nuapada District relating to proper management/release of water for irrigation purposes has been duly complied with. Hence, he prays that the present contempt petition be disposed of as infructuous.

In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
