This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner involves the following prayer:

"It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court may be graciously pleased to admit the Writ Petition, and after hearing the parties and issue a Writ/writs in the nature of mandamus or any other Writ/Writs directing the opp. Parties to be sanctioned grade pay of Rs.4200/- G.P. w.e.f. 12.11.2013 in 2nd RACP on completion of 20 years of service.

And to pay the different amount of money which is due to the petitioner which has not been paid within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court taking into consideration as Annxure-6 of the Writ Petition;

And pass any other order/orders as would be deemed fit and proper;

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that petitioner ventilating his grievance has filed a representation before the Accountant General (A&E), Bhubaneswar, Dist.-Khurda-Opposite Party No.4, dated 12.03.2022, which according to the petitioner is still pending consideration before the said Authority. Accordingly, a prayer has been

// 2 // made to direct the O.P. No.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 12.03.2022 (Annexure-7) strictly in accordance with law, taking into consideration Annexure-6, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.4 shall dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
