This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Pandapada P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.405 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 498-A, 294, 323, 313, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is the father in-

// 2 // law, petitioner no.2 is the mother in-law and petitioner no.3 is the brother in-law (husband's elder brother) of the informant and the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and the husband of the informant was taken into judicial custody and he has already been released on bail and the fact that petitioners have been granted interim protection since 12.04.2021 and there is no material that they have misutilized their liberty and after hearing the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 12.04.2021 is made absolute. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
