Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner since has not made any representation to the Collector as of now, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move the Collector, Ganjam at least by making a representation within fifteen days. 3.

In such event, the Collector, Ganjam shall do well in taking decision on the same, if necessary undertaking necessary involvement within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
