The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 8.10.2009 passed by the Odisha(State) Commission for Women wherein a direction has been issued to deduct 2/3rd of his monthly salary towards maintenance.

4. It is submitted that seeking recall of the said order, the petitioner has filed an application under Annexure-4 on 24.12.2021 and the said application is pending consideration before Opp. Party No.2.

5. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court directs Opp. party No.2 to take a lawful decision on the application of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the order.
