Mr. Nayak, learned advocate, appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is order dated 21st October, 2020, by which the Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA) closed the case. The order is reproduced below.

"The record is put up today. Both parties are found absent on repeated dates after several notices. Hence, there is no chance of conciliation between the parties. Accordingly the case is closed."

Mr. Panigrahi, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.2 and 3 and submits, the case was instituted invoking section 19 under Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. As such, there was no scope of conciliation. Mr. Nayak respondents, his client will then seek

// 2 // remedy as might be available in law.

With record of submissions as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
