Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Bail application of Petitioner No.1-Bhimsen Rout has become infructuous in the meantime.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No. 1Bhimsen Rout is disposed of as infructuous. 4.
Heard Mr. B.N. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Karunakar Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioner No.2-Rabindra Giri is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 93 of 2022, arising out of Erasama P.S. Case No. 38 of 2022, pending on the file of J.M.F.C.,
Erasama for the alleged commission of the offence punishable under Sections-147/148/341/323/294/427/353/354/506/149, of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, and moving for bail, petitioner nos.2- Rabindra Giri, shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
