This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though according to her she has been selected as Anganwadi Helper in respect of Puania Anganwadi Centre, on extraneous consideration she is not being issued the engagement order enabling her to join. 4.

It is submitted that the villagers had filed a representation dated 17.11.2021 vide Annexure-3 to the Child Development Project Officer, I.C.D.S. Project, Nayagarh (O.P. No.4) against the inaction of the authority and the petitioner had also made a representation before the Sub-Collector, Nayagarh (O.P. No.3) dated 5.04.2022 vide Annexure-4 ventilating her grievances. 5.

Taking into account the nature of grievance, this Court directs that the Opposite Parties 3 and 4 to consider the

representations at Annexures-4 and 3 respectively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
