The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 17th February, 2018 passed by the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara in Mutation Appeal No.56 of 2013.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that interest of justice will be best served, if Petitioners file a properly constituted suit to establish their right, title and interest and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
