This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
"The petitioner therefore humbly prays that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to admit and allow the writ petition;
And further be pleased to direct the opp. Party, Health & F.W. Deptt., (Director of Health/CDM & PHO) to pass order of regularization of the Petitioner service in the post of Pharmacist taking into account the period of service as MHU w.e.f. 23.04.1999 and extend such service and financial benefit in regularizing his service w.e.f. 2001-02 from the date of his co-employee has been regularize as per the notification dated 28050 dt.26.07.20001 and take a decision on the representation dt.11.04.2022 under Annexure-9;
And be pleased to direct the opp. Parties to pass necessary order for regularization of service in modifying their order No.24160 dt.29.10.2008;
// 2 // And pass further order allowing the Petitioner to draw MACP @ Rs.54,200/- at par with his co-pharmacist w.e.f. 22.03.2022 and the Op. Party No.3 may kindly be directed to pass necessary order to that extent in favour of Petitioner; And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that earlier he had filed a representation dated 11.04.2022 before the CDM & PHO, Nabarangpur-Opposite Party No.3. However, no decision has been taken on the said representation till date. 5.
Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the Petitioner to file a fresh representation highlighting his grievances along with the supporting documents they are relying upon before the Opposite Party No.3 within a period of two weeks from today. In such event, the Authority shall do well to consider the said representation within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
