This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 1032 of 2022, arising out of Khandagiri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-419/420/467/468 /471/406/ 452/341/373 /294 / 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the occurrence in question is admittedly taken place in 2016 and the complaint case out of
which the F.I.R in question arises was filed in the year 2019, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
