The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Kantapada-Opposite Party No.2 to grant permission to alienate a fragment of Chaka recorded jointly in the name of Petitioner and his brother.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dalai, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the application under Annexure-2 made to the Tahasildar, Kantapada, is defective one. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a properly constituted application before the Tahasildar, Kantapada. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
