This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:
"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Application and an order may be issued to the Opp. Parties to file their counter and after hearing both sides, n order may be passed directing the Secretary to Government, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to regularize the service of the petitioner as Class-D employee in any Establishment under the Directorate of AH & VS, Odisha, Cuttack, within a short stipulated time."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that earlier he had filed a representation dated 12.01.2022 before the Secretary to Govt., Fisheries & Animal Resource Development
// 2 // Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1. However, no decision has been taken on the said representation till date. 5.
Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the Petitioner to file a fresh representation highlighting his grievances along with the supporting documents he is relying on before the Opposite Party No.1 within a period of two weeks from today. In such event, the Authority shall do well to consider the said representation within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
