Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is unfortunate father of the son, who died by road accident. His client seeks compensation. His client made representation dated 26th April, 2019 to the Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Jagatsinghpur (opposite party no.3). 2.
Mr. Behera, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of RTO and submits, on direction made the representation will be considered and dealt with. 3.
Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 26th April, 2019 and inform petitioner result thereof, within three weeks of communication. 4.
