This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition claiming to be a beneficiary under Odisha Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1970 (for short, 'the Act') read with Bhoodan and Gramdan Rules, 1972 (for short, 'the Rules') prays for a direction to issue ROR in his name in respect of land bearing Plot No.1745 to an extent of Ac.0.07 decimal under Hal Khata No.481 in Mouza-Asti under Basta tahasil in the district of Balasore (for short, 'the case land').

Mr. Mishra, learned AGA submits that let the Petitioner files an application under Rule 9 (4) of the aforesaid Rules before the Tahasildar, Basta -Opposite Party No.6, who will consider his case in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner makes an application to the Tahasildar, BastaOpposite Party No.6 for redressal of his grievances with regard to settlement of the case land under Rule 9(4) of the Rules

// 2 // along with certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such application in accordance with law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
