Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, mother of his client died by road accident. His client seeks compensation. His client made representation dated 17th January, 2020 to the Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Jagatsinghpur (opposite party no.3). 2.

Mr. Behera, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of RTO and submits, on direction made the representation will be considered and dealt with. 3.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 17th January, 2020 and inform petitioner result thereof, within three weeks of communication. 4.
