This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition claiming to be beneficiaries under Odisha Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1970 (for short, 'the Act') read with Bhoodan and Gramdan Rules, 1972 (for short, 'the Rules') pray for a direction to issue ROR in their name in respect of land bearing Plot Nos.1804 and 1805 to an extent of Ac.0.97 decimal under Hal Khata No.419 in Mouza-Aladiha under Baliapal tahasil in the district of Balasore (for short, 'the case land').

Mr. Mishra, learned AGA submits that let the Petitioners file an application under Rule 9 (4) of the aforesaid Rules before the Tahasildar, Baliapal -Opposite Party No.6, who will consider their case in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners make an application to the Tahasildar, BaliapalOpposite Party No.6 for redressal of their grievances with regard to settlement of the case land under Rule 9(4) of the

// 2 // Rules along with certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such application in accordance with law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
