Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in awarding him fair and just compensation in connection with acquisition of Plot No. 2952/6630 under Khata No. 571/1050 of kisam Gharabari covering an area Ac.0.080 dec. in Mouza-Darlipali in the district of Sundargarh. 3.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Sundargarh (opposite party No.2) and further prays that a direction may be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision of his representation within a specific time period. 4.

Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court

// 2 // grants liberty to the petitioner to file representation before opposite party No.2 along with a copy of this order through registered post with A.D. within a period of two weeks hence. In the event, such representation is received by the opposite party No.2, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months there from and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
