None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. The petitioner seeks to challenge the order taking cognizance of offences and the order impugned in this case is of the year 2014. The petitioner has not appeared either in person or through any learned counsel, so it seems that he is not interested to prosecute the CRLMC.
