Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification.

3.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the condition directing the petitioner to appear once every week before the Court in seisin till conclusion of trial is causing hardship, since the petitioner is a daily wage earner.

Considering such submission, this Court is persuaded to modify the condition so imposed.

6.

It is directed that the learned Court in seisin shall specify the date and time of appearance of the petitioner once in a month till conclusion of trial.

7.

The stipulation in Para-6 of the order dated 29.07.2022 stands modified accordingly.

8.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the order passed in I.A. and also order dated 29.07.2022 passed in the connected bail application.

9.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

10.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

11.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Santoshi
