3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Block Education Officer, Tentulikhunti vide Letter No. 859 dated 01.06.2022 submits his final pension papers for sanction of final family pension and DCRG to the Controller Accounts, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

4. In view of the same, let the Letter dated 01.06.2022 be disposed of by the Controller of Accounts, Bhubaneswar, Odisha within a period of three weeks from today.
