The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order of transfer before this Court, since during lockdown Period, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, was not functioning. The claim of the Petitioner was also protected by passing of an interim order by this Court.

Since at present the Tribunal is functioning, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition to pursue her remedy before the Tribunal.
