Heard the submissions of learned counsel for the parties. 2.

It is alleged that Encroachment Case No.4-69/2021 is pending before the opposite party No.4 involving opposite party Nos. 6 and 7. This Court finds the proceeding has not been concluded after lot of pursuing by the petitioner even after involving the disposal of W.P.(C) No. 14782 of 2021 and the CONTC No. 5541/2021. This Court finds surprise in the attitude of the Tahasildar, as in the normal appreciation of this Court, such proceeding are not taking such long time. This is an extraordinary case where the matter is pending beyond nine months. Keeping this in view, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the Tahalsildar, opposite Party No.4 to conclude the Encroachment Case registered as L.E. Case No.4-69/2021 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner however involving the persons likely to be affected.
