Anirudha Das, Advocate appears and submits for an adjournment of the case.

2. Learned counsel for the State-vigilance submits that the Petitioner had sought for setting aside the impugned order wherein the learned trial Court had disposed of the petition for discharge of the Petitioner brought before it.

3. In the meanwhile, trial has already proceeded. Consequently, the status of the case as was at the time of filing stand relegated and the cause of action got frustrated. Therefore, there is no point to keep the petition alive. Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge B.C.Mohanty
