This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she is working since 11.03.2020 as Jogan Shahayak of Chuliphunka Gram Panchayat against the vacancy of her deceased husband, the approval of the same is pending consideration before the SubCollector, Titilagarh. Ventilating her grievance, it is stated that she has filed a representation dated 05.01.2022 at Annenxure-5. 4.

Considering the limited the nature of grievance, this Court directs the sub-Collector Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order and dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also communicate the result thereof.

For convenience of Opposite Party No.3 the petitioner also undertakes to file a copy of the representation (Annexure-5) along with the copy of the Gram Panchayat resolution at Annexure-2 and her representation at Annexure-5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
