Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he will avail statutory remedy of appeal.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal as per the guideline. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks the learned Appellate Authority (Opposite Party No.2) shall do well to dispose of the same within a further period of Eight weeks, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
