Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 248 of 2022, arising out of Banigochha P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Daspalla for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-419/420/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the charge sheet has already been filed and the nature of the allegation is more or less based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall
be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
