Mr. Pal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is order dated 24th February, 2022, whereby on refund due to his client there was direction for payment of Court fees.

On query from Court Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Corporation is not able to demonstrate existence of rule providing for payment of Court fees on refund of excess premium deposited.

3.

Impugned order is set aside and quashed. Concerned authority will proceed pursuant to the quashing in accordance with law. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
