This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 2173 of 2022, arising out of Berhampur Town P.S. Case No. 262 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-417/418/420/465/468 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account, on the basis of the recitals in the F.I.R , the allegations relates to a transaction of the year 2012 and the allegations is financial based on the documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence

and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
