This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 515 of 2022, arising out of Binjharpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/325/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation and keeping in view the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence
and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
