This contempt petition was filed due to noncompliance of the order dated 25.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.17194 of 2021. While this contempt petition was pending, due to subsequent developments, the petitioner filed W.P.(C) No.8774 of 2022. Since relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, as has been recorded in the order passed today (09.12.2022) in W.P.(C) No.8774 of 2022, this contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
