2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek to quash the cognizance order dated 4th September, 2013 in connection with I.C.C. Case No.99 of 2013 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Nilgiri. No interim stay order has been granted in this case.

3. Having regard to the fact that there appears prima facie case made out against the Petitioners, in absence of any material placed from the side of the Petitioners, further adjournment of the case would amount to miscarriage of justice. Again, in absence of the case being persuaded by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, there is no point in keeping the matter alive sine die, hence dismissed for non prosecution.
