This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner has been implicated in Mathili P.S.Case No.32 of 2021 corresponding to Special G.R.ase No.32 of 2021 pending in the file of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the learned trial court be directed to expedite the trial in the event the trial in the aforesaid case is not concluded within a stipulated period, then the Petitioner is at liberty to approach by filing a fresh application. The learned trial court is directed to make all endevour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order, failing which it will be open for the Petitioner to move afresh. In the event such an application is filed the same shall be considered without being influenced by any other factor.
