1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner files an affidavit along with an order passed by the Family Court, Cuttack dated 12th December 2017 dissolving the marriage between the parties. The affidavit is taken on record.

2. In that view of the matter, Rourkela Mahila P.S. Case No.118 of 2013 and the corresponding G.R. Case No.2686 of 2013 pending in the Court of SDJM, Rourkela and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioner are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
