1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education has filed a detailed instructions supplied by the opposite party No.1- Block Education Officer, Kodala, Beguniapada, in the district of Ganjam wherein he has mentioned the factual aspect in connection with the present petitioner. It has also been stated that the petitioner had remained absent from 06.03.2022 to 30.06.2022 as reported by the Headmaster of

// 2 // Nodal U.P.S., K. Barida. Further, the arrear relating to junior teacher period of the petitioner amounting to Rs.28565/- has been released on 06.03.2018 in favour of the petitioner and paid to him. It is further stated that necessary steps have been taken for payment of his remuneration of the rest period after deducting the monthly maintenance charge of Rs.4000/- as per the judgment dated 04.12.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurdha in Criminal Petition No.284 of 2017 filed by the Smt. Sandhyarani Maharana, wife of Sri Dilip Kumar Mistri. Further steps have been taken and the District Project Coordinator, SS, Ganjam has been requested for disengagement of Sri Mistri from the post of Junior Teacher contractual for his involvement in G.R. Case No.299 of 2017 arising out of Balugaon P.S. Case No.104 of 2017.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court has no privy to entertain any kind of matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party No.5 in this Writ Petition. Hence, the plea of matrimonial dispute is, accordingly, discouraged. If any kind of grievance is there, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the opposite party No.1Block Education Officer, Kodala,

// 3 // Beguniapada, in the district of Ganjam for redressal of his grievance.
