1. Mr. S.K. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the CRLMC with liberty to surrender and move for bail before the concerned court.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioners surrender in the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today and pray for bail, their prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law on the same day.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
