This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. R.N. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner also heard Mr. S.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Bank-Respondents.

The controversy raised in this writ petition falls within a shot compass. Admittedly, the Petitioner took crop loan from the Bank to the extent of Rs.50,000/-. But for default in re-payment, the outstand swelled to Rs.1,09,132/- as on 22.3.2022. Petitioner has filed a representation before the Bank-Respondents for One Time Settlement in terms of the Reserve Bank of India guidelines.

In view of the above facts, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions. If the Bank finds that the RBI Guidelines allows them to extent the benefit of One Time Settlement that shall be extended to the Petitioner.

The Bank-Respondent may negotiate with the Petitioner before the terms of the One Time Settlement is finalized. The entire exercise should be completed within six weeks from the date, when a copy of this order will be furnished by the Petitioner. The Petitioner shall cooperate with the BankRespondents. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the writ petition to the Bank-Respondents for their perusal. 6.

In terms of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
