This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Chief Administrator, Lord Jagannath Temple, Puri-Opposite Party No.1 for disposal of Land Sale Case Nos. 21 and 22 of 2010 at an early date.

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the aforesaid two Land Sale Cases are pending before Opposite Party No.1 since 2001 and there is no legal impediment to take a decision in said two cases, the Opposite Party No.1 has not yet taken any decision for which the Petitioner is highly prejudiced. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case of the Petitioner directs the Chief Administrator, Lord Jagannath Temple, Puri-Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision in Land Sale Case Nos.21 and 22 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months
// 2 // from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if the same are still pending and there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the same.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
