1. The impugned order by the OEA, Collector, is an appealable one. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition to prefer an appeal before the concerned appellate authority against the said order in accordance with law. If such appeal is filed not later than 2nd May, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, it will be considered on merits by the appellate authority.

2. The appellate authority should endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months thereafter.
