The matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

This is the successive journey of the Petitioner, who is implicated in connection with Airfield P.S. Case No.250 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.5293 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, for alleged commission of offence under 420/506/34 of the IPC in filing the application under section 438 of the IPC for her release on bail in the event of her arrest. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made further keeping in view the earlier order dated 12.01.2021 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.15085 of 2020, in the absence of any change in the circumstances; the present application stands dismissed as not entertainable.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
