Even today, there is no representation from the petitioners despite our order dated 14.10.2022, where we had categorically observed that in absence of representation, the Court may pass an order for non-prosecution. Even no mention has been made before us for such absence or non-representation.

Hence, we are left with no alternative but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, it is ordered.
