Heard Mr. D. Gochhayat, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Petitioners-Union of India. 3.

Perused the record. The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Order dated 24.07.2015 passed in O.A. No. 260/00207 of 2015, by which the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack has quashed the rejection Order dated 18.03.2015 passed by the Authority and directed the Petitioners to consider the grievance of the Opposite Parties in the light of the order dated 23.03.2015passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ranchi Circuit Bench in O.A. No. 051/00073/2015.

As it appears, similar matter had come up for consideration before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench in O.A. Nos.966 and 967 of 2009 for grant of MACP, in which the Tribunal directed for payment of Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- in PB-2 to the AAOs, which was also upheld by the High Court of Madras as well as the apex Court. The Central Administrative Tribunal, Ranchi Circuit Bench also passed similar order on 23.03.2015 in O.A. No. 051/00073/2015. As such, relying upon the Order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ranchi Circuit Bench passed similar order in O.A. No. 051/00073/2015, the Order impugned

dated 24.07.2015 has been passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack under Annexure-1. Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality or irregularity committed by the Tribunal so as to warrant interference with the same. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
