1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of O.P. No. 1 by Mr. Aparesh Bhoi, learned counsel in Court today be kept on record. Office is directed to indicate the name of Mr. Aparesh Bhoi in the case record.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

4. It is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the Opp. Party that he has got no objection, if the matter in question in C.P. No. 36 of 2022 will be transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Balasore.

5. In view of such submission made by Mr. Bhoi, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party, this Court while disposing the matter directs the learned Family Judge, Mayurbhanj at Baripada to transfer C.P. No. 36 of 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Balasore forthwith on receipt of this order.
