Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 2.

This I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 12.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.9750 of 2022.

Considering the reasonable request, this Court observes, in the event the Petitioner files Appeal before the Opposite Party No.2 within a period of ten days hence and since the Appeal is required to be disposed of with the involvement of the Secretary, Odisha State Housing Board Corporation, notice be given to the opposite parties in the fresh Appeal and the Appeal shall be disposed of within a period of three months.
