Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with 2(a) CC Case No. 98 of 2016 arising out of P.R. Case No. 21of 2015-16 pending on the file of the learned JMFC (P), Erasama, for commission of offence under Section 47(a) Bihar & Orissa Excise Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
