1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Peon in Adibasi Balika Bidyapitha, Chandiput, in the district of Gajapati. He further submits that the petitioner was engaged in the year 2007 and was illegally terminated from service on 24.11.2021 by incompetent Managing Committee of the institution. Being aggrieved by such action of the authority, the petitioner has approached the opposite party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar by filing an appeal under Annexure-4 on 15.01.2022 which is still pending for disposal. He further submits that the opposite party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar be directed to dispose the appeal of the petitioner under Annexure-4 as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of limited grievance of the petitioner, opposite party No.2- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the appeal under Annexure-4 of the petitioner, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of one

// 2 // month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
