This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 21.01.2008 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in G.R. Case No.1323 of 2006 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them. 3.

None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called 4.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised, in the event the charge has not been framed in the meantime.
