1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the action of the opposite parties in not releasing their arrear salary in terms of the direction of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack passed in O.A. No.145(C) of 1994 on 21.04.1995.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are retired employees and unnecessarily being compelled by the authorities to move from pillar to post for getting their benefits accrued statutorily. The petitioners also approached this Court vide W.P.(C) No.23600 of 2017 and this Court vide order dated 05.01.2018 directed the opposite parties to pay the entitlement of the petitioners by the end of March, 2018. However, the authorities have not yet found time to comply the order of the Court and the petitioners have been compelled to file another writ petition i.e. the present writ petition for redressing their grievances.

5. In such view of the matter, the authorities concern are directed to comply the order of the Court by the end of June, 2022 or else contempt proceeding will be drawn against the Heads of the Department.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
